This is Hungary for Apple. Come in.

Apple fans in Hungary are taking their stand and are calling in the Mothership, Apple Inc. to invade their country. Unsatisfied with what’s going on in Hungary right now, Apple supporters are collectively contributing to their petition website in order to get the attention of a certain someone important in Cupertino.
Among the things that they are disappointed with is the lack of an integrated Hungarian interface in Mac OS X. Hungarian localization is possible, however incompletely accomplished by hacks (that can’t be good for OS X). Also, they are requesting an iTunes store in Hungary, like their neighboring European counterparts. The reason for this is the iPod is apparently very popular in Hungary, but they have no media to sync to it, without an online store.
Hungarians are also suffering from a shortage of Apple products, having to wait 3-8 weeks for some models or service parts. And they claim that the service personnel in Hungarian *Apple* shops aren’t true Apple Geniuses. In short, Hungarians want the real thing.
Cupertino, if you’re reading this, Save Hungary!
